GEOSURV Inc. was formed in 1989 as a full service land surveying firm doing business in the State of Colorado plus other areas within the western continental USA.  Our offices are located in Lafayette, and Winter Park Colorado.  GEOSURV Inc. offers a full range of land surveying services to the energy, architectural, and engineering community within the Rocky Mountain Region.

The timely completion of a quality product is GEOSURV Inc.'s objective. We provide efficient, complete and accurate services on all types of projects. Our surveying services are outlined below:

Boundary/Land Surveys:  Retracement of original land lines, re-establish lost or obliterated land corners, subdivide lands into parcels, prepare legal descriptions, perform deed and record search, measure and interpret right of way, title lines and boundary corner positions.

Design surveys- provide topographic and/or planimetric information for the making of maps to be used as design tools for buildings; the planning, design and construction of linear projects such as roads, sewers, and pipelines.

GPS/GIS- provide detail information on infrastructure, map compilation, and data base management.

Aerial Mapping- provide horizontal and vertical control in compliance with national mapping standards.
